Arun Joy
CEOArun possesses a keen eye for problem-solving and creative solutions. He previously held the position of Marketing and Strategy Director at RoboInventions. He played a pivotal role as a Resource Partner for Keltron Knowledge Centre, underscoring his commitment to skill development and technical education. In 2015, Arun launched the revolutionary Electronics@School project for the Kerala Government promoting electronics education and skill development. He further expanded this successful initiative through Little Kites. As the CEO of Pedagotech Subjectiv, Arun continues to drive growth with his visionary leadership
Subin Sebastian
CTOSubin is the co-founder and former CTO at SurveySparrow, a customer experience platform that, under his leadership, bagged $1.4 million in seed funding from Prime Venture Partners. With a background as an ex-Zoho veteran, Subin is a seasoned full-stack architect renowned for his years of experience in developing high-traffic multi-tenant SaaS applications. Subin thrives both as an individual contributor and within high-quality teams. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Cochin University of Science and Technology.
Latheesh Lakshman
Creative DirectorLatheesh is a celebrated designer with a formal background in Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA). He started his career with Ogilvy, and has, since then, worked with leading design agencies in the world, including Wieden+Kennedy, Ikea Design, DDB, and Wolff Olins. He played a pivotal role in branding the first edition of Kochi-Muziris Biennale. His artworks have been, and continue to be, exhibited on many international stages. Latheesh likes to explore his interest in popular culture while applying himself to projects that share his vision of design-led interventions.
Bunuel P A
Experience DirectorBunuel, a dynamic entrepreneur and brand strategist, has shaped brand strategies, business design and user experiences for renowned brands like Incredible India, Kochi-Muziris Biennale and Swiggy. He is the co-founder of a-thing!, an online fashion store based in Kochi. At a young age, Bunuel started working with brands like Conde Nast Traveller, The Man, and Vogue. In Dubai, he designed a sustainable fashion brand, East-West Link that got featured in GQ Africa, Durban Fashion Week, and Dubai Fashion Forward. With a penchant for user behaviour and business networking, Bunuel thrives both as an individual contributor and as a valuable team member

With the LDIT (Learning Design, Innovation and Technology) programme, a learner is seamlessly involved in solving real-life scenarios.
We’ve retained hands-on experience of working with hardware. With our multi-sensory experience, a user gets to know his product in its touch and feel.
